Cancellation Policy:
Up to 8 weeks: £30 administrative fee only
4-8 weeks : 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks : 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks : no refund

If due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel the retreat, we will refund any payment you have made less 10% administrative fee. We cannot be held responsible for any travel arrangements you have made or have to cancel. We recommend you take out a travel insurance policy. We reserve the right to change the programme of the retreat or course at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will do our utmost to provide an equally attractive alternative to ensure your satisfaction with the retreat or course.
